ASSA 2025 KiddieCorp (Childcare)

KiddieCorp will provide a professional children's program at the Allied Social Science Associations Annual Meetings. KiddieCorp is in its thirty-ninth year of providing high quality services to conventions across the country. KiddieCorp team members are qualified childcare specialists who are carefully selected and trained. KiddieCorp features custom designed programs of educational, social, and creative activities. 

KiddieCorp's children's program is in the Hilton San Francisco Union Square in Nob Hill 8&9 and Nob Hill 10. Dates are January 3-5, 2025 (Friday through Sunday). The fee for ages 6 months - 12 years is $65.00 per morning shift, and $59.00 per afternoon shift, except for Sunday afternoon which is $40.00. Additional hours between 7:30 a.m. - 5:00 p.m. may be purchased at $15.00 per hour.

MEALS - Parents can either order lunch, bring lunch, or take their child(ren) out for lunch. We will pre-arrange for an optional kiddie meal that can be ordered when parents drop off their child(ren). Nutritious snacks and beverages will be served regularly. For parents with infants please bring diaper changing supplies, formula/baby food, and a change of clothes. Please label all lunches and personal belongings. KiddieCorp does not administer any medication.

TO REGISTER - If paying by credit card register on-line at https://form.jotform.com/KiddieCorp/assakids. Forms must be received by December 6, 2024. If needing to pay by check, please contact assa@vanderbilt.edu. Late or on-site registration will be accepted on a space available basis only. Keep a copy of your form for your records.

CANCELLATION POLICY - Cancellations must be made to KiddieCorp on or before December 6, 2024, for a full refund. Cancellations made after December 6, 2024 will be subject to a 50% cancellation fee. Once the program has begun, no refunds will be issued.
