Building a More Diverse, Inclusive, and Productive Profession

The AEA Best Practices for Economists aim to address bias and improve the professional climate in economics. The guidelines are organized into four sections: conducting research, serving as colleagues, working with students, supporting research and resources, and leading departments and workplaces. Each section provides practical suggestions, along with citations of supporting research.
