Austin Peay State University’s College of Business, in pursuit of AACSB accreditation, invites applicants for a tenure track Assistant Professor of Economics with teaching and research interests in all areas of economics to begin in August, 2022.

The Austin Peay State University College of Business is a teaching-focused business school, committed to student success while serving the Clarksville, Tennessee and Nashville, Tennessee metropolitan areas. With nearly 1,000 students and 29 full-time faculty, the College of Business offers four undergraduate degree programs (Accounting, Finance, Management, and Marketing) and one graduate program (M.S. in Management). In recent years the college’s faculty have sought to push students beyond the textbook by creating innovative new learning experiences like the Student Managed Investment Fund and will be launching a new student entrepreneurship contest this fall.
