Department of Economics at California State University, Chico invites applications for one or more visiting full-time Lecturer appointments for the 2015-2016 academic year with potential for renewal or security of employment. The Department is looking primarily for Lecturers in macro and monetary economics, money and banking, public economics, econometrics and forecasting although applications in other areas will be accepted. Applicant will be expected to teach among the following classes: principles and intermediate micro and/or macroeconomics, statistics, econometrics, forecasting, monetary policy, and/or money and banking. Position is contingent upon funding. All full-time appointments offer competitive salaries and include full benefits. The minimum education requirement to these positions is a master’s degree with two years of teaching experience, ABD or PhD and evidence of teaching preferred.
