The Center for Neuroeconomics Studies at Claremont Graduate University (Claremont, California) is seeking applicants for a one-year postdoctoral position in neuroeconomics, renewable for a second year. The review process will begin immediately and will continue until the position is filled. The position is open pending the funding.
Applicants should have a PhD degree in Psychology, Neuroscience, or Economics, with a background in peripheral neurologic measurements and hormone measurement. Background in behavioral decision-making research is also desired. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in using multivariate statistics, particularly using Matlab and Python.
The appointee is expected to play a key role in the training and supervision of graduate and undergraduate students in data collection and analysis. The appointee will also have opportunities for first-author publications on manuscripts emerging from the data analyses.
Starting date: August/September 2014
