The Department of Preventive Medicine at the University of Tennessee Health Science Center is seeking a postdoctoral fellow in health economics, health services research, or similar discipline. This position provides strong mentorship in a supportive, multi-disciplinary environment, and an excellent opportunity to further develop research skills and prepare for a career in academia, government, or consulting. The fellow will work with faculty members Ilana Graetz, Cameron Kaplan, and Teresa Waters in the Health Services and Policy Research Group on projects related to health policy, insurance benefit design, health behavior, and/or health information technology. This position is for one year, renewable a second year; subject to productivity. Applicants must have a doctorate in economics, health services research, or related field. The ideal candidate will have strong writing and quantitative skills.
