The Division of Marine Affairs and Policy at the University of Miami's Rosenstiel School of Marine and Atmospheric Science is seeking individuals with a discipline relevant to marine and coastal resource management. Successful candidates will have a PhD, an excellent research record related to the study of human-environment relations, ability to secure extramural funds, and strong teaching and communication skills. This professor will be expected to develop an active interdisciplinary research program involving collaboration with researchers from across the University, teach undergraduate and graduate courses, and advise masters and PhD students. We are seeking scholars from diverse social science fields, including but not limited to, economics, decision sciences, and the policy sciences, broadly defined. One tenure-earning position at the assistant or associate level will be filled.
